Sally joined in August 2016, to support Mick as the team grew. Sally's previous experience as a growth coach and Director in scale-up professional businesses has stood us in good stead and allowed Mick's vision to take shape.
Since 2018 Sally has also provided bid writing support to Milestone's clients, who have benefited from her 25 years of writing public sector tenders. She offers a three-stage process: Review, Quality Assessment and Redraft.
Sally also prepares bid teams for interviews and behavioural assessments and boasts an impressive win rate!
