Our ethos is to reinvest profits into our clients, new services, our team and our community. We believe that this is the best way for a business to prosper and grow sustainably.

The best way to grow is by providing services our clients want in the way that they want them - so that’s what we do. So far, our approach has led to us investing in a graphics team who produce great 2D and 3D images and 4D videos and recruiting in-house bid writing expertise. In 2019 we are launching a 3-minute end of project client survey that we hope will give us even more insight and make sure we are delivering what our clients want consistently.

We are delighted to announce that Milestone will be continuing to be the shirt sponsor for Bath Rugby Winger, Gabe Hamer-Webb.

Gabe’s emergence was a real reinforcement of the work that’s going on within the Bath Rugby pathway, and the kind of potential that exists beneath the senior squad at the Club.

The moments that have been witnessed on the field, such as Hamer-Webb’s try-scoring debut against Ulster in the Champions Cup, showcase his talents. Hamer-Webb is a true force to be reckoned with and his sheer power and pace mean he causes destruction wherever he goes.

He signed a senior contract just six months after joining the academy - a fitting reward for his years of hard work and dedication to being the best he can be.

Mick Said “We are delighted to continue to be the shirt sponsor for Gabe.  There is a big season coming up for Bath Rugby where they have to be at their best while managing international call ups and squad fitness.  I see a busy 2021/22 season for Gabe and look forward to seeing his continued progression into what I believe will be a very fine player."

Milestone is run by and employs Veterans and we are keen to maintain links with the military community. One of the ways we can do this is through shirt sponsorship with the Royal Engineers Rugby League team.

The new shirts for the 2021 season look superb and the Milestone to see our logo adorning the chest of the No3 Shirt.  There was a mixed bag of results for the team which saw victory against the Old Enemy, the Royal Artillery in the Woolwich Cup….but also defeat to the Royal Logistics Corps in the Lawson Cup

Mick said “Much of my approach to business leadership has its roots in Rugby, both in the training sessions and on the pitch.  I was lucky enough to play Rugby League once or twice for the Sappers back in the day, so it’s a great honour to have the opportunity to put something back into the sport I took so much from”
