Planner
Mark joined us as a Planner in 2018 to develop our senior level team and capacity in the South West. He brings with him international experience as well as expertise handling publicly funded projects. If you have been part of the team that defeated Ebola in Sierra Leone, you can pretty much do anything.
Mark's quiet confidence and can-do attitude means he contributes effectively to the project at all levels. His considerable experience as a client’s representative, project supervisor and in different roles on the delivery side (Survey, Design, Health and Safety, Quality and Facilities Management) allows him to work within an established team and to understand the needs of other team members
Mark has 29 years of engineering experience at varying managerial levels, including 24 years in the British Army as a Warrant Officer Class One in the Royal Engineers. He gained experience and qualifications in military, civil and construction engineering projects, working worldwide in austere conditions and with various government agencies such as DfID, MOD, MOJ and Silver Command.

Working as a Construction Planner and Report Writing for the MOJ.
Progress Reporting for BBC Wales and Bournemouth University.
Strategic Level Planner for Cornwall County Council for the Langarth Development to include Stadium of Cornwall, 2700 Houses, Road, School, Cycle path, Park & Ride extension and various commercial facilities.
Working as a construction planner, successful in winning tenders up to £10m in a range of sectors including commercial, industrial & civils.
Working as the Team Lead overseeing the Design and Programme Management of 3 sites in Sierra Leone for the construction of Ebola Treatment Centres.
Working within the Project Management Office overseeing the construction of Joint Force Command Naples located at Lago Patria regarding to Design changes, Space Occupancy Plan and Programme Management.
Working as the Design Technical Lead for various construction tasks in Kenya overseeing design changes and Health and Safety.
